
Lisa Marie Smith, 51, of Indianapolis, passed away on April 23, 2015. She is survived by her father, Raymond Smith; sister, Carla Borkowski; niece, Erica Bell; nephews, Cameron and Jordan Borkowski; and cousin, Linda (Bill) Parsons. She was preceded in death by her mother, Patricia.
